Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Domestic and Commercial Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in both residential homes and commercial establishments throughout Northamptonshire.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general cleaning duties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.

• Conduct deep cleaning tasks as required, such as move-in/move-out cleans and one-off blitzes.

• Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed to the highest standards within specified time frames.

• Use cleaning products and equipment safely and effectively.

• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences.

• Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning tasks.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in domestic and/or commercial cleaning is preferred but not essential.

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.

• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.

• Good communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.

• Reliable transportation to travel to various client locations within Northamptonshire.

• Flexibility to work varying hours, including mornings, evenings, and occasional weekends.
